Is that your partner?” In all seriousness, she answered “How did you know?” “Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it’s weighing on your mind.” replied the author. Here’s the answer: Every relationship has a cycle… In the beginning; you fall in love with your partner. You anticipate their calls, want their touch, and like their idiosyncrasies. Falling in love wasn’t hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience. You didn’t have to DO anything. That’s why it’s called “falling” in love. People in love sometimes say, I was swept of my feet. Picture the expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something happened TO YOU. Falling in love is a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few months or years of being together, the euphoria of love fades. It’s a natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse’s idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts. The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship; you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage. At this point, you and/or your partner might start asking, “Am I with the right person?” And as you reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else. This is when relationships breakdown. The key to succeeding in a relationship is not finding the right person; it’s learning to love the person you found. People blame their partners for their unhappiness and look outside for fulfillment. Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most common. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, friendship, excessive TV, or abusive substances. But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your relationship. It lies within it. I’m not saying that you couldn’t fall in love with someone else. You could. And TEMPORARILY you’d feel better. But you’d be in the same situation a few years later. Because (listen carefully to this) The key to succeeding in a relationship is not finding the right person; it’s learning to love the Person you found. SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. You have to work on it day in and day out. It takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it demands WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make it work. Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your partner), just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships. If you know how to apply these laws, the results are predictable. Love is therefore a “decision”. Not just a feeling. Remember this always: the universe determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go!

I know women that are unpleasant to be around. I’ve met a few too many of them on my behalf to say that I myself am a nice person. Some of those women are selfish, arrogant, stupid, reckless, and more, and I’m over here “thinking of others before myself.” But those women are the ones that will make a man fall head over heels for them and those men, no matter how unfair or nasty of a person she is, will stay with her and love her and know of only her.
Maybe that’s how I should be. Maybe, I have been too lenient with everything  and everyone that I somehow managed to not be a nice person but a fucking pushover. Why is it that someone can’t just genuinely be nice anymore without other people think that this girl will be easy to manipulate? What have I done so bad in my life that I am punished with uncruel men?
Is it because I grew up without a father? That whenever I feel the warmth of a man, I neglect and reject right away? Is it that I am so unhappy with the fact that my biological father never wanted me that I think that every man that I stumble upon will abandon me just like he has? God… Talk about daddy fucking issues (if that is it).
But let me point out something. No matter how FREAKING STUPIDLY NICE a person may be, taking advantage of a situation like that, will make you in the end, undesirable. How long can a person be nice? How long is do you think someone is going to put up with that nonsense bullshit and forgive you?
Maybe it is all me. Maybe I come off too strong as, what do they call it?, a “nice girl.” I’ll change. I will. From now on, I won’t put up with no one’s bullshit. It’s either all me or no me. I’m not gonna put with anyone unloyalty to the fact that they didn’t know it was portrayed as being unloyal. I’m gonna be a bitch too and instead of looking past the uglies, I’m gonna have my way too.

Car Accident #1

Today was my very first "accident" ever. Okay, I've been in other car accidents but this one was with a new car, and by myself so I was a little shook... I was just a driving and stupid navy blue acura had to try to avoid the car in front of it slowing down so they decided to join me and not look. He or she had hit me and dodged into the neighborhood. I tried looking for them but they just left so I'm a little upset, yeah. I didn't cry thoe, which I'm pretty proud of. Ehhhhhh whatever. I came to work like three hours late and I'm just stuffing my face now. When you're sad, eating may be the best source. I plan on going to hot yoga at like 6 in the morning tmrw. But when I get home tonight, I'm gonna watch movies and while doing that, upload some pictures of 2012. I did one last year lol so I wanna do one this year too. Maybe even in chronological order. Ooooohh :) okay I feel a little better. Bye.

1. What is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel?

The second one. Most of the times, when we're talking about feelings, guys are letting me down... But most of the time, they haven't told me in person. And I'd rather hear it in person than having to cry over the fucking text.

2. Think of the last time you were REALLY angry. WHY were you angry? Do you still feel the same way?

--Today before work. At my brother. He took my keys a couple days ago and it has the keys to my work place and so I needed it for work. The reason I got really pissed was because of the childish ways he's been acting lately. He's a junior in hs, he's on the Becca bill, and he's failing majority of his classes. It's just pissing me off how casual he is about it all. He's not stepping up his game and the fact that I try to help and he's not accepting makes me pissed. Esp, with the key stuff. That's the minimal of what he should do right.

--My mom. No second thought to it. She may be the only person I truly care from the bottom of my heart. Yeah my brother's there but no one has sacrificed more than my mom has for me. And the only person who would come into my mind at that sort of time would definitely be my mom.

--Love. I believe with love comes trust. You cannot ever love someone without fully trusting them. Even in a relationship where a person cheats, there's a reason why they haven't fully left their significant other although you are with another. Because you trust that they still love you.

I honestly don't want to post his name up but I like him cos... I don't know. The connection? He has so many things so similar to me. I may feel like it because he's the only guy I'm putting my effort into tryna make it work. But there's a lot that's keeping me interested. The fact that he's got a lot of my interests in a guy: Goes to school, has a goal for life, plays sports/active, tall, similar humor as me, etc etc. Just a little bit of stuff I look in a guy. Went to watch "Wreck it Ralph" with my best friend Andrew and brother Andrew lolol. We were purchasing tickets and my brother was like "get one in kids so you can save a few bucks" and I was like "dude no, I'd rather pay the full price and get caught." He was like "they won't even check. Why are you so scared anyways?" Me: "It's not even about being scared. I don't wanna get caught and kicked out of the place cos of a lousy couple bucks." And blah bah, we got caught and I gave him 2 more bucks to get the right ticket... Gosh made me so mad. He didn't even get popcorn cos he probably felt super shitty... On the other hand, the movie was so good! I love disney movies <3 and we came back home and I slept. The end.

Time at sandpiper last year 12/27. It was the second/last night there and it was raining/storming pretty bad. We didn't go out at all throughout the whole trip and we started the first night early so we thought about starting it earlier the last night as well. And by that time, more people came along and we just wanted to go cray. As soon as we were all getting acquainted, the lights go off. Hahaha omg we ended up sitting around the couch and stuff together and taking shots after shots. Taking pics, jumping around, going outside on the porch, hitting the black & mild. Omg it was so fun..... Some ppl were like avoiding another and we were all getting hecka close. Then the lights came back on and we played flip cup that was mixed with a whole bunch of stuff and I kept losing cos I was drunk from the beginning and then I ended up in the bathroom with eric taking care of me hahaha. Then I tried to sleep on the bed and lolol someone came when everyone else left and tried to do stuff with me but I said no hahaha. And then I did some other stuff and slept.
